2 Episode 1 : Relationship and Life Advice : Q & AHey everyone ! So I am starting a completely new idea on youtube. I decided that since my formspring has been such a huge hit lately that I had to do something about it ! I do get questions about my hair and makeup but the majority of the questions are about relationships and life in general. I think people have found me a good person to confide in and take advice from. I have very strong opinions on certain things and LOVE to help others when they have a problem. So here is my idea :) And i hope you all like it !

I am making videos to help you guys !
I make one topic for each month.
Every week I answer 10 of my favorite questions (posted by you guys in the comment section of the videos) on that month’s topic.
So there will be a total of 3-4 videos a month on that one topic for the month. One video will be posted each week answering 10 questions at a time.

I can only answer questions if you guys post questions ! You can post as many questions as you like. So post away now ! And i will pick a total of 30-40 that are answered each month :)

I really hope that you guys enjoy this. Viewers and subscribers can ask me questions ! Let me know if you like this idea and if you find it helpful ! Thanks so much to all my lovely subscribers for staying tuned to my channel. I really appreciate it. This is my gift to you ! ;)

I am a gay little person with relationships problems. Please help?

I have mad oral skills ans straight men love it. I recently found out I am HIV positive and this really sucks. My man Joe left his wife and kids for me but then went back to them. Do you think I should tell him about my HIV status. I really want him back but I just can’t let him know because he got his wife pregnant after him and his wife got back together. What should I do?

whoa.. that is awful. you have to tell him though. his wife is pregnant. there are precautions they can take to drastically reduce the chances of the baby getting it as well but her doctor needs to test and know as soon as possible. otherwise the chances of her baby getting it are high and they won’t know until one day the baby gets sick.. plus, she needs to know if she has it, she cannot breastfeed.. if she has it and the baby lucked out and didn’t get it, if she breastfeeds she would give it to the baby..

it’s a painful situation for everyone involved. but please don’t let a child pay for this. let them know so they can take the right precautions.

Relationships problems after Rape. Have you known anyone with similar problems?

I was Raped about a 2 years ago. I was raped 3 months before leaving for basic training. I was already signed up for the military before it happened. i was date raped. As i was feeling like i handled it well there are a few concerns of mine. Like i do a few things differently relationship wise and really haven’t been in a relationships sense then. I have only had a few freak outs that i know for a fact are a result of being raped but there are things i don’t know are a result of it or not. I had a boy whom i was best friends with for 2 months and then we started a friends with benefits kinda deal and then for a week we were actually BF and GF but i had a freak out thinking he was using me and lying to me and broke up with him. I have had a problem with keepin anyone close to me and now i don’t know if its because of having my heart broken so many times before or being Raped. Does anyone know anyone who has been raped and the problems they face relationship wise?

Yes, these and other problems can arise from being raped. Really I think it makes one really examine what we are doing in life, and with whom and what others intentions are toward us and others. We are not as likely to be as trusting.
I dont think that is a bad thing,
if it helps us become much more discerning and think more before we just act or trust.
So to just say it makes us trust others less, isnt really acurate, in my view.
It is more we dont automatically assume someone is trustWORTHY.

I think people can become confused if someone just makes blanket statements about how it effects them or others, like it effects how you trust others………of course it does, that is normal.
I think the changes can be viewed as positive though, but the pain can come in as what is left of your naivety is challenged.
Somehow one mucks through it all , and that is where some say the right therapist can help.
Notice I said the right therapist, not any ole therapist.
I dont think therapy should include horrible labels for rape victimin survivors, and then making them relive the abuse or not supporting them in it, and not healing the wounds.That is quite common what happens in bad therapy , and i think it is sadistic.

Because we now have the methods to remove the traumas EFT is my favorite and a free version of it is at eftuniverse.com click on ‘get started free’ .There is a resource area of others healing, and how they do it, and a tutorial section that tells you how to apply this so you dont have to relive the trauma the ‘tearless’ method ,etc.
YOu can watch veterans with ptsd heal with this method at stressproject.org
and hire therapists at eftmastersworldwide.com to help you if you need it. They will work over the phone if you learn the method so they can do that.
Next would be EMDR, with a trained therapist, along with cognitive behavioral therapy.

Listen, I could get on a soap box about how the military handles rape by sweeping it under the rug, and destroying the victims careers , while the perps go free.
I cant say enough against that.
But it is ironic that you were raped before you went in.
Of course this will effect you and you could have ptsd, from the trauma or something like ptsd. PTSD can make anyone sensative to anything that reminds them of the trauma .
YOu , like others, have to heal from it……..and the above method is the best way i know of, and the sceptics are usually people who know nothing about it or havent tried it.
Finally, to find a group , if you need it to talk more about how it has effected you, might behelpful , so look for one you like……. i know there are some at dailystrength.org but cant vouch for them, because i dont know them.

You can come out of this stronger and clearer than you were before, even if the naiviety dies with learning how much bad there is in the world and how it influences others .
You will be more likely to know what kind of people you want and should keep in your life as well.
